Heat treatment

We offer heat treatment of metals, in pieces or in series. Heat treatment is carried out in wagon or soaking furnace. These furnace are equipped with measuring and recording technology, which makes possible to enclose document about the course of cycles during the treatment to the delivery. Control of hardness is carried out with the method Rockwell-C ( unit HRC ), Brinell-HB ( unit HB ).

Maximal dimensions: lenght 2000mm, diameter 750mm.

Time of processing of order ranges from 1 up to 3 days, depending on the size and quantity. The part of delivery are naturally also the documents with records about heat treatment.
