Die forgings

We produce die forgings with weight between 0,5kg - 12kg and including design of forging, production of tools, heat treatment, eventually surface conditioning or machining.

We produce and supply forgings in the wide spectrum of materials, according to the request of customers.

The examples of materials, which we work up:

acording to ČSN:11416, 11523, 13240, 14209, 14220

according to  EN: C35, C45, C22.8, 42CrMo4

All products are subject of both production and checkout controll. In case of customer´s demand we carry out random or 100% checking for surface defects.
